At Canada Gift, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items under the following conditions:

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Certain items, including gift cards and free samples, are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return.
• Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
